Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using WorldXGrowth.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WorldXGrowth mobile application, website, or any associated services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and WorldXGrowth ("Company", "We", or "Us"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Non-Custodial Wallet Service

WorldXGrowth is a non-custodial wallet software provider. This means:

  • No Access to Private Keys: We do not store, transmit, or have access to your private keys, backup phrases (seed phrases), or passwords.
  • User Sovereignty: You have full control over your digital assets. We cannot freeze, recover, or reset your account.
  • No Intermediary: We do not act as an intermediary, custodian, or agent in any of your transactions. Your interaction is directly with the blockchain.

3. Risk Disclosure & Assumption of Risk

The use of cryptocurrency involve significant risks. By using WorldXGrowth, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile and can result in total loss of value.
  2. Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address or lose your keys, WorldXGrowth cannot reverse the transaction or recover your funds.
  3. Cybersecurity Risks: You are responsible for the security of your device. If your phone is hacked or your seed phrase is stolen, WorldXGrowth is not liable for any loss.
  4. Regulatory Risk: Laws regarding crypto assets may change. You are responsible for complying with your local regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of this software, you strictly agree to:

  • Backup Security: Maintain a secure, offline backup of your Secret Recovery Phrase. Losing this phrase means losing access to your money.
  • Accuracy of Information: Verify all wallet addresses before initiating a transfer. We do not verify the legitimacy of any address.
  • Legal Use: Not use the Service for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or circumventing sanctions.

5. Fees, Gas, and Taxes

Blockchain Fees (Gas): Every transaction on the blockchain requires a fee paid to miners/validators. These fees are determined by the network, not WorldXGrowth. You acknowledge that fees can fluctuate and are non-refundable.

Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions and for reporting and remitting the correct tax to the appropriate authority.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, and software code within the WorldXGrowth application are the intellectual property of WorldXGrowth. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDXGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS RESULTING FROM:

  • Your failure to secure your recovery phrase or private keys.
  • Bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the software or blockchain networks.
  • Unauthorized access to your device or wallet.
  • Malicious third-party actions (phishing, malware, etc.).

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without notice. However, since we do not hold your funds, you will always be able to access your assets through any other compatible BIP-39 wallet software using your recovery phrase.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
